UYI understands that when school is out, kids in the inner-city are often left unsupervised and not given the opportunity to have enriching experiences in a safe, supervised environment. For that reason, UYI offers two affordable opportunities for students to attend camps, one here at The Dream Center and another “sleep-away”. Since 2002, UYI has served about 600 students through its summer camp programs.
“Summer Jam gave me the opportunity to do something during the summer. So many of my friends didn’t do anything and ended up in trouble. Summer Jam kept me occupied with fun and I learned more about God.” – Jataria Hudson, past UYI program participant
Summer Jam is a fun-filled seven-week day camp, from June 20-August 4. This camp will fill up quick, so sign up now!
This year’s theme is Summer of the One True Hero.
